We are hiring a CRM Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing Fan Engagement / Lifecycle Marketing team within a global, data-led organisation.
This is a hands-on marketing automation role focused on delivering end-to-end CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push channels. You will own the full campaign lifecycle – from strategy and audience segmentation through to build, QA, deployment, A/B testing and performance optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and deploy large-scale CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push)
* Audience segmentation and personalisation
* Campaign automation within Adobe / enterprise marketing platforms
* A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversion
* Collaborate with Data, MarTech and Digital teams
Required Experience:
* Strong CRM marketing or lifecycle marketing background
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, AEP, AJO, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Email marketing automation expertise
* Segmentation and performance reporting
* A/B testing and conversion optimisation
* HTML editing capability
* Experience working in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments
Experience within sports, media, entertainment, subscription or consumer-led businesses is advantageous.
