We’re looking for an experienced, commercially aware account leader to manage integrated marketing accounts across creative, digital and media.
This is a senior role with full responsibility for the performance, income and profitability of your portfolio of client accounts.. Title and scope will reflect experience, scale of accounts and level of financial ownership. Whether operating at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level, you will act as a strategic partner to clients and a steady commercial driver within the agency.
The Role
Client and Strategic Leadership
* You will lead day-to-day and senior client relationships across your portfolio, building long-term partnerships based on trust and performance.
* You will translate business objectives into clear, integrated marketing strategies spanning brand, creative, paid media, SEO, content, social, web and performance channels. You will lead planning cycles, shape briefs, challenge thinking constructively and ensure work delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
* You will confidently present strategy, campaign plans, performance reports and forward recommendations, ensuring clients understand both the “why” and the commercial impact behind the work.
Financial Ownership
* You will own revenue, forecasting and profitability across your assigned brands.
* This includes ensuring work is scoped accurately, delivered within agreed margins and monitored against income targets. You will maintain a clear view of account health, flag risks early and take action where needed.
* While this is not a pure new business role, you will be expected to identify and convert organic growth opportunities within your accounts and contribute to overall agency profitability through disciplined commercial management.
Integrated Campaign Oversight
* You will oversee multi-channel campaign delivery from brief through to optimisation, ensuring cohesion between creative, media and performance teams.
* You will use data, analytics and insight to refine strategy, improve results and guide future direction. You will maintain high standards across all outputs, protecting both effectiveness and brand integrity.
Team and Agency Contribution
* You will mentor and support junior team members, strengthening the account handling function and raising standards across the agency.
* You will contribute to process improvement, support new business pitches where appropriate, and play an active role in shaping how the agency evolves.
Experience
* 5+ years’ experience within an agency environment
* Strong delivery ownership with growing commercial responsibility
