We are recruiting for a well-established, award-winning brand and social impact agency based in London. The agency delivers marketing programmes that create measurable outcomes for young people across the UK while helping major brands connect meaningfully with education and youth audiences.

Essential Requirements
Please apply only if you meet the following:

Minimum 2 years total marketing experience
*
At least 1 year working in a digital marketing agency
*
Experience marketing to education, youth, student or school audiences
*
Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly Meta
*
Experience supporting or managing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as DotDigital, HubSpot or Mailchimp
*
Ability to work in central London at least 2 days per week
Experience marketing within the education or youth sector is particularly important for this role.

Key Responsibilities
*
Support development of integrated marketing strategies aligned to client objectives
*
Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, particularly Meta
*
Deliver segmented email campaigns and support automation journeys
*
Work with creative teams to produce channel-specific assets
*
Track performance using analytics and campaign reporting tools
*
Present campaign insights internally and to clients
