We are recruiting for a well-established, award-winning brand and social impact agency based in London. The agency delivers marketing programmes that create measurable outcomes for young people across the UK while helping major brands connect meaningfully with education and youth audiences.

This is an opportunity to work in a purpose-led environment where commercial performance and social impact sit side by side. You will support and lead integrated campaigns that reach students, young people, teachers and parents across digital channels.

Essential Requirements

Please apply only if you meet the following:

Minimum 2 years total marketing experience

*

At least 1 year working in a digital marketing agency

*

Experience marketing to education, youth, student or school audiences

*

Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns, particularly Meta

*

Experience supporting or managing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as DotDigital, HubSpot or Mailchimp

*

Ability to work in central London at least 2 days per week

Experience marketing within the education or youth sector is particularly important for this role.

Social media content managers without paid media experience

PR or brand-only marketers

*

Influencer-only specialists

*

Fully remote applicants outside commuting distance of London

Key Responsibilities

*

Support development of integrated marketing strategies aligned to client objectives

*

Manage and optimise paid social campaigns, particularly Meta

*

Deliver segmented email campaigns and support automation journeys

*

Work with creative teams to produce channel-specific assets

*

Track performance using analytics and campaign reporting tools

*

Present campaign insights internally and to clients
