Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication platforms
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Marketing Managers conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and optimise marketing efforts
Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the customer journey from initial contact to post-sales support
Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster high performance and effective teamwork
Oversee third-party agencies and manage the marketing budget to maximise return on investmentRequirements of a Marketing Manager:
Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within a similar industry
