Division Marketing Manager - What the job entails:
The Division Marketing Manager will lead the Product Management, Channel Management, Application Engineering and Pricing teams for the business. This is a senior leadership role focused on identifying growth opportunities, shaping market strategy and delivering profitable business growth; it is not a frontline sales position.
The successful candidate will turn insight into commercial and product priorities, strengthen channel performance and position the organisation’s offering effectively across different markets. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement strategies, and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside the organisation.
Division Marketing Manager - Key requirements:
* Demonstrable experience in at least two of product management, channel management and application engineering.
* Strong practical understanding of industrial markets, including customer needs, applications and value chains.
* A proven record of profitable growth and successful commercial or product strategies.
* Strategic capability, commercial acumen and confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams; small-bore instrumentation knowledge is advantageous.
Division Marketing Manager - Hours & Benefits
* 37.5 hours per week - ½ day on Friday
* 1 day per week working from home
* Up to 10% pension Contribution
* Up to 12.5% bonus
* 25 days holiday
