We’re working with a well-established organisation that operates large-scale consumer experiences and is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth across two key locations.
This is a commercially focused, hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and delivery, with a clear focus on increasing visitor numbers, improving campaign performance and strengthening long-term audience engagement.
The Role:
You’ll manage the full marketing mix across digital and offline channels, oversee campaign performance and work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activity supports wider commercial goals.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the annual marketing plan aligned to growth and revenue targets
* Delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
* Managing and optimising a six-figure marketing budget
* Improving website and CRM performance to drive engagement and conversion
* Optimising the customer journey from awareness through to repeat visits
* Identifying new growth opportunities across direct and partnership channels
* Working closely with internal teams to align marketing with operational delivery
* Building relationships with external partners and agencies where required
* Monitoring campaign performance and continuously improving results
Requirements:
* Around 5+ years’ experience in a commercial marketing role
* A track record of delivering measurable results through integrated campaigns
* Strong digital marketing and media planning capability
* Experience using data and analytics to inform marketing decisions
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
* Commercially focused with a growth mindset
* Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Experience in customer-facing sectors such as leisure, retail, hospitality or events would be advantageous but not essential.
Working Environment:
* Hybrid working with a mix of office and remote time
* Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
* Some travel between locations may be required
* Occasional weekend work depending on campaign activity
