We’re hiring for a Marketing Manager to lead a high-impact, lead generation function within a global engineering business based in Stockport.
This is a strategic, numbers-driven role focused on pipeline, performance and growth, working closely with senior leadership.

* £55,000 - £60,000 p/a
* Hybrid working (4 days office, 1 day WFH)
* Core hours: 10am – 2pm (flexible around this)

What will you be doing as a Marketing Manager?
* Owning and delivering a lead generation strategy aligned to business growth targets
* Setting and tracking KPIs across pipeline, conversion and campaign ROI
* Driving performance across SEO, PPC and digital channels
* Working with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
* Developing clear value propositions, messaging and positioning
* Leading and mentoring a small marketing team
* Creating and overseeing high-quality marketing content and campaigns
* Supporting product launches, events and go-to-market strategies
* Using data and reporting to optimise performance
What will you need?
* 10+ years’ experience in marketing with proven leadership responsibility
* Background in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors (strongly preferred)
* A track record of delivering measurable lead generation results
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business growth drivers
* Ability to create, write, and refine marketing content to a high standard
* Experience managing and developing a team (not a step-up role)
* Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders and sales teams
