Reed Marketing & Creative are currently exclusively partnered with a hugely successful B2B business based in Coventry, who are looking for Marketing Manager a fantastic opportunity within a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of visitor and exhibitor marketing campaigns across multiple international events

Execute multi‑channel marketing plans that align with commercial and growth objectives

Oversee campaign schedules to ensure all activities are delivered on time

Support marketing activity for conferences, event features, and strategic partnerships

Digital & Performance Marketing

Plan and deliver segmented email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversion

Manage CRM‑based communications and contribute to database growth and quality

Run paid media campaigns across major digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)

Deliver and optimise SEO activities to support organic visibility

Manage website updates, landing pages and digital content through the CMS

Commercial & Budget Accountability

Control and optimise marketing budgets to maximise ROI

Evaluate and refine campaigns to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency

Support media partnerships and collaborative marketing initiatives

Reporting & Optimisation

Track campaign performance using relevant data and analytics

Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and act quickly to implement changes

Produce clear performance reports that inform commercial decision‑making

Experience & Skills

5-8 years' experience in multi‑channel marketing

Confident running campaigns from planning to execution

Strong email marketing and audience segmentation skills

Comfortable managing CRM systems and data workflows

Hands‑on experience with digital ads across major platforms

Solid understanding of search optimisation

Able to update websites and landing pages via a CMS

Strong analytical skills with a data-led approach

Budget‑savvy with a focus on ROI

Willing to travel when required

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £40K depending on experience + excellent benefits + working from home + FREE parking when in the office.
