Marketing Manager

Our engineering clients based close to Havant have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

This role has responsibility for the Marketing team, building and delivering on strategies and objectives to develop and grow the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Production and delivery of the Strategic Marketing Plan for the UK and Export

* Management of the Marketing Budget

* Identify market opportunities for the business and its products

* Initiate the New Product Introduction process by undertaking business case assessment

* Maintenance and promotion of the company brand

* Digital marketing including Social media and Automated Email Marketing

* Management of external agencies

* Website content management (Wordpress)

* Creation of content for print and online (images and text)

* Use of CRM and Lead Generation Software

* Analytics reporting to measure campaign success, web traffic and trends

* Developing effective follow up activities following CPD events to promote our brands and products

* Produce promotional materials

* Create and manage marketing campaigns

* Mentor, develop and nurture team members, ensuring regular contact and one-to-one time is maintained

* Carry out such additional responsibilities as may be considered necessary by the Management

Required skills & experience:

* Marketing Degree would be desirable

* CIM Membership would be desirable

* Proven experience in marketing, in product and brand development

* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

This role is office based with a requirement to travel internationally where required. This role has 1 direct report.

Mon to Thurs 08:00-16:30 & Fri 08:00-14:30
