We're pleased to be partnered with our client - one of the fastest‑growing wholesalers in Europe - and we’re now looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to help drive their next phase of growth. This role is based permanently at their Head Office in West Bromwich, so you’ll need to live within a commutable distance.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for planning, developing and delivering effective marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads and support wider business goals. This is a key role in the business, leading our clients marketing function and ensuring all activity aligns with their vision.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Develop and deliver the company’s marketing strategy across digital, print and events

*

Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets and KPIs are met

*

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends and customer needs

*

Oversee brand consistency across all channels and materials

*

Create content for websites, social media, email campaigns and advertising

*

Analyse campaign performance and present regular reports to senior management

*

Manage relationships with agencies, media partners and suppliers

*

Work closely with the sales team to support revenue targets

*

Organise and attend trade shows, conferences and promotional events

*

Manage the marketing budget effectively

What We’re Looking For:

*

Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, including 2+ years in a management role

*

Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies

*

Strong digital marketing knowledge, including analytics and CRM systems

*

Experience managing budgets and leading teams

*

A genuinely hands‑on marketer who can produce high‑quality work independently
