Marketing Manager

Pioneer Safety Group (PSG) is a global leader in explosion protection, safety‑critical engineering, and hazardous area solutions. Across our specialist brands, we design and manufacture technology that protects people, assets, and operations in some of the world’s most demanding industrial environments.

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Executive, with experience in B2B in technical/engineering or industrial sectors, to be fully responsible for digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation, content creation and event activity.

This is working closely with commercial, product, and technical teams across multiple business units to ensure consistent brand messaging, accurate technical communication, and effective support for events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities

You’ll be responsible for:

* Website management and SEO

* Multi-channel marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email, industry platforms)

* Lead generation and CRM

* Marketing analytics and KPI reporting

* Events and exhibitions

* Creating brochures, case studies, and social content.

We’re looking for:

* Proven B2B industrial/engineering/technical marketing experience

* Ability to plan, run and measure integrated marketing campaigns

* Demonstrable experience in managing or supporting trade shows and events

* Strong hands on CMS and CRM experience - Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot

* Experienced in using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

* Proficient in analytics and performance reporting

* Confident communicator and hands-on marketer

* Passionate and motivated with a proactive mindset

* Able to travel as required
