As a growing, multi-brand business within the nGAGE Talent Group, Holt Doctors is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help drive awareness, engagement and growth across our brands.
This is a hybrid role, combining time in our Skipton office with flexible remote working.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will support the conceptualisation, planning, execution, optimisation and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns - while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, personalisation and performance through marketing automation and AI-driven tools - across Holt Doctors’ portfolio of brands.
You will take ownership of campaign delivery from brief through to execution and performance analysis, ensuring all marketing activity aligns with brand objectives and delivers measurable impact.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, recruitment consultants, website developers and external creative partners to deliver high-quality, customer-focused marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Management
* Create, implement and evolve the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand positioning.
* Develop, coordinate and oversee the production of all marketing communications, including direct and digital marketing, content marketing campaigns and website management.
* Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from initial brief through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
* Use data, automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance campaign targeting, personalisation, content performance and efficiency.
* Analyse campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations and ROI reporting.
Channels & Digital Marketing
* Drive integrated marketing activity across five key channels: Business line websites, Email marketing, Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), Events, Print
* Build, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns using Force24 including segmentation, automation and performance tracking.
* Oversee website content and development, working closely with website developers on UX, CRO and performance.
* Manage social media channels and “always-on” activity to support brand visibility and engagement.
Brand, Content & Creative
* Maintain and uphold brand frameworks and brand guidelines across multiple brands, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity.
* Provide advertising copy, content writing support and copy checking as required.
* Work collaboratively with external designers and agencies to deliver creative assets.
Events & External Activity
* Coordinate all marketing activity for events and shows, including planning, promotion, collateral and post-event follow-up.
* Liaise with third-party suppliers and partners, including occasional event attendance.
Stakeholder & Project Management
* Manage project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Oversee WIP and job traffic management to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Communicate relevant information clearly and consistently to internal stakeholders.
* Provide clear and concise briefs and guidance to recruitment consultants to support the delivery of customer-focused marketing initiatives.

Skills, Education & Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience, ideally in: Content generation, Website management, Email marketing (creation, automation and delivery), Social media management
* Degree educated or equivalent experience.
* Strong IT skills, including: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email marketing platforms (eg, Force24, HubSpot)
* Experience in a B2B and/or B2C environment is desirable.
