You’ll shape and deliver the end-to-end strategy, grow brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition across digital channels. This is a standalone role with real autonomy and a clear path into leadership as the company scales.
What you’ll do:
* Build and execute the marketing strategy, choosing the channels that matter for younger audiences.
* Run digital campaigns across social, paid media, email, and web, refining messaging and targeting for maximum impact.
* Lead content creation and ensure a consistent, compelling brand voice.
* Grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta, plus manage PPC, paid social, and influencer activity.
* Improve website content and user journeys to lift conversion.
* Track performance, uncover insights, and adjust strategy based on data.
* Ensure all marketing activity meets FCA and regulatory standards.
What you’ll bring:

* Strong grasp of how to engage 17–34 year‑olds across multiple channels.
