Marketing Manager Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

Planning and implementing comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and PR channels to reach target audiences.
Managing and optimising online platforms, including social media accounts and email marketing platforms, to maximise engagement.
Creating compelling content, including copywriting and video editing, to promote programmes, initiatives, and organisational value.
Organising and managing virtual and in-person events to showcase the organisation’s offerings and foster community relationships.
Analysing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjusting strategies for improved results.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels.
Building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand reach and foster engagement.

Marketing Manager Experience Essentials

Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
Proficiency in Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience organising and managing both virtual and physical events
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strategic mindset with a creative approach to campaign development
Location

Based in Oxford, the role is office-based with good public transport links nearby. Limited parking is available. Currently, there is no hybrid working option for this role.
