We are recruiting for an exciting newly created Marketing Manager opportunity working across two established and growing businesses within the construction and gambling sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of a marketing function and genuinely make an impact.

Historically, marketing activity has been outsourced, but the business is now looking to bring everything in-house and appoint someone who can build structure, strategy, and long-term direction.

This role offers a huge amount of autonomy and would suit a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and delivering day-to-day campaigns.

 The Role

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy across both businesses
     Build and establish internal marketing processes and structure
     Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign ROI
     Create and deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels
     Lead social media activity, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives
     Oversee website content and online presence
     Work closely with senior leadership teams to support growth plans
     Coordinate external agencies and suppliers where required
     Produce engaging marketing materials and promotional content
     Analyse campaign performance and market trends
 About You

Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or standalone marketing role
     Strong digital marketing and social media experience
     Able to work strategically whilst remaining hands-on operationally
     Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and marketing activity end-to-end
     Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
     Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
