About Scout’d

Scout’d is building the digital infrastructure for football talent discovery outside the professional game.

Our platform sits at the intersection of sport, data, and technology, and we are preparing for our public rollout ahead of the 2026/27 season following a successful MVP launch and closed beta testing phase.

We are now looking for a Marketing Executive (Growth & GTM) to help drive adoption as we move from product launch into market activation.

The Role

This is not a traditional social media role.

* This is a growth-focused marketing position inside an early-stage sports-tech company, working directly on user acquisition, positioning, campaigns, and rollout strategy.

* You will help execute Scout’d’s go-to-market strategy as we scale our presence across the football pyramid.

* You’ll be working close to the founder and leadership team, with real ownership over how the brand enters the market.

Key Responsibilities

* Go-To-Market Execution

* Support rollout strategy ahead of the 2026/27 season

* Help activate partnerships across clubs and leagues

* Assist delivery of launch campaigns around Scout’d’s public release

User Acquisition

You’ll support user acquisition by helping plan and execute targeted activity across players, clubs, coaches, and wider football communities, focusing on real traction rather than vanity metrics. This will involve leveraging social media, grassroots partnerships, football media, and creator collaborations, while helping shape how Scout’d is communicated to each audience.

Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including the website, social channels, investor messaging, campaigns, and launch content.

Content Strategy

Support delivery of structured content across:

* short-form video

* matchday storytelling

* player spotlight campaigns

* grassroots football narratives

* product education content

Scout’d content is about visibility and credibility, not noise.

Performance Tracking

* Monitor campaign performance

* Test messaging variations

* Optimise acquisition strategies

* Contribute insight into what drives adoption across football audiences

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who understands that marketing in a startup equals growth.

Ideal candidates will have:

* Experience supporting campaigns, launches, or GTM activity

* Strong understanding of audience positioning

* Confidence working across social, partnerships, and digital channels

* Ability to think commercially about traction and adoption

* Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment

* Interest in football (essential)

Most importantly: Someone who wants responsibility early in their career

What Makes This Role Different

You won’t just “run socials”. You’ll help shape how a new football platform enters the market.

Working at Scout’d

We are an early-stage company building long-term infrastructure in football.

That means; lean team, fast decisions, high ownership,real responsibility.

Your work will have a direct impact on growth, with the opportunity to contribute to launch strategy and gain exposure to startup execution at a founder level. As the company scales, there is clear progression available, alongside performance-based incentives tied to key traction milestones.

Why Join Now

Scout’d is entering its most important phase, market rollout.

Joining at this stage means helping shape how the platform scales across UK football. This is an opportunity to help build something meaningful from the ground up
