Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing delivery and contribute from day one.
This role focuses on social media, email marketing, Google Ads, blog content, and product marketing support. You will manage campaigns end-to-end, produce content, publish and optimise activity, and report on performance. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, who sets strategy and direction, while you focus on execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Content Delivery
* Plan, write, schedule, and publish social media content, with LinkedIn as the primary platform
* Repurpose product, campaign, and application content across digital channels
* Draft blog articles and marketing case studies aligned to campaign and product priorities
* Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all content
Email Marketing & Paid Media
* Build and send email newsletters and campaign emails
* Manage email content, scheduling, and contact lists
* Manage Google Ads campaigns, including monitoring, optimisation, and performance tracking
* Implement agreed changes aligned to campaign objectives
Website & Product Marketing Support
* Upload and maintain blog, product, and campaign content within WordPress
* Support product marketing activity across digital channels
* Assist with content and campaign activity linked to product launches and updates
Campaign Performance & Reporting
* Monitor engagement and performance across social, email, paid media, and website activity
* Track and report on campaign results, highlighting issues and opportunities
* Feed performance insight back into campaign planning and content development
Additional Responsibilities & Flexibility
* Assist with wider marketing activity as required to support business and campaign priorities
* Responsibilities may evolve in line with business growth and marketing requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role
* Practical experience running Google Ads campaigns
* Experience producing and managing email marketing activity
* Confident content writing skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
* Working knowledge of WordPress and basic SEO principles
