The role

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on driving results nationally through strong local execution.

Digital marketing sits at the core of the role, but success depends on your ability to translate campaigns into meaningful local activity, working with teams across the UK to deliver marketing that lands in communities, not just online.

You’ll plan, build and optimise campaigns, then help deliver them through local teams.

Recruitment experience is helpful, but not essential. Initiative, commercial thinking and delivery matter more.

What you’ll be doing

Building and managing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong digital core
Activating campaigns locally through:
○       local press and PR

○       events, community venues and partnerships

○       leaflet drops and targeted local outreach

Working with branches and regional teams to tailor and deliver activity locally
Owning day-to-day digital channels (paid, organic, email, landing pages)
Tracking performance across digital and local activity, and adjusting accordingly
Turning business priorities into clear, practical marketing actions
Maintaining brand consistency while enabling local flexibility
Managing suppliers where required

What we’re looking for

Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign delivery
Practical experience supporting or delivering local, on-the-ground marketing activity
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
Results-focused — interested in what works, not just what looks good
Confident working with multiple stakeholders across locations
Organised, pragmatic and commercially minded

Desirable (not essential)

Recruitment, staffing or people-led sector experience
Experience supporting regional or branch-based teams
