With a prime office location just a 6-minute walk from Bromley South train station, you'll enjoy a convenient and vibrant work environment!
š Contract Type: Permanent
ā° Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
š° Salary: £35,000 - £42,000, depending on experience

Launch, test, and scale marketing campaigns quickly
Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns in real-time for optimal performance
Write compelling ad copy and design basic creatives; coordinate with designers when needed
Own performance marketing results and continually propose improvements
Create and refine landing pages, lead magnets, and sales funnels
Manage and support Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
Conduct daily performance monitoring and report on ROI, CPA, and CPL
Run split-tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and funnels
Build and optimise automated campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions
Collaborate with sales and design teams to align campaigns with company goals
Drive registrations and attendance for live events and webinarsYour Skills & Experience Will Be:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Meta, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Confidence in building and optimising funnels (landing pages, email sequences)
Ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions
