Marketing Executive
Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of a client in Chesterfield.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for digital and print channels, including website copy, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, case studies and social media.
* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
* Ensure all marketing communications reflect a consistent brand identity and tone of voice.
* Support the ongoing development and implementation of the company's brand strategy across international markets.
* Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Produce photography, video and other multimedia content where appropriate, working with external agencies when required.
* Manage and grow the company's social media presence through engaging, relevant content.
* Monitor website content and collaborate on SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
* Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Assist with the creation of product marketing materials, presentations and sales support literature.
* Support exhibitions, trade shows and industry events, including promotional materials and event marketing.
* Stay up to date with marketing trends, competitor activity and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing, engineering or B2B industries.
* Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
* Strong understanding of branding and brand consistency.
* Experience managing social media platforms for business.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing and SEO principles.
* Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with plenty of initiative.
* Experience with photography, videography or video editing would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms would also be beneficial.
