Our client is leading engineering led group of small business dedicated to reducing the carbon footprint and operational costs of construction projects, whilst supporting the wider NetZero agenda.
With group shared offices in Leeds and Warrington, the three independent businesses all work collaboratively and provide expert advice when designing and commissioning buildings. As each development is a place to work, live or visit, extreme care is taken to ensure these facilities provide comfortable spaces that are adequately powered, lit, heated, ventilated and air conditioned for optimum enjoyment. As an example, projects could range from residential apartment blocks, schools and retail outlets, through to industrial units, medical facilities and commercial offices.
As the company continues to grow, the infrastructure that supports all 3 companies also needs to evolve. The appointment of a Marketing Executive will provide additional support to the directors, highlighting key services and attracting a wider audience to their work. Duties will include:
* Social media management – live projects, staff promotions, team social events, awards and achievements
* Writing and designing of brochures and newsletters
* Coordinating and attending industry events
* Acting as a brand ambassador
* Emphasising the company’s social values
Whilst previous experience working in the construction industry would prove advantageous, the search is centred around finding an energetic and enthusiastic character who demonstrates a confident but friendly, client facing approach. High levels of organisation and strong communication skills are also important qualities to have, engaging with a wide range of internal and external partners to bring together resources to achieve maximum results.
Currently the position is forecasted to be a full time office based role, however the directors are also happy to consider an experienced professional looking for part-time opportunities or a condensed working week.
