Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working in partnership with our Professional services client to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a perfect time to join a growing and progressively thinking team and firm.

This is a role for a Marketing Executive who can design well, make good judgements quickly, stay organised under pressure and take real ownership of getting things done. You will be decisive and operationally strong. You will be a strong designer with a clean, polished corporate eye - work that feels considered, professional and on-brand. However this role is not just about design, Its about interacting with internal colleagues, researching networking opportunies, collating those and presenting them to the team. You will be involved in internal event co-ordination so must be able to talk to colleagues (including partners of the firm) in a confident manner.

The successful Marketing Executive will:-

* Have strong design skills and experience - be highly capable in Adobe Creative Suite

* Be an organisational ninja

* Have superb attention to detail

* Be professionally presented

* Be able to prioritise quicly and react when something knocks those priorities

The role

You will design polished creative across print, digital and social - invitations, presentations, internal documents, signage, event assets, branded collateral and light video editing.

You will have a strong brand with clear direction to help you maintain expressive quality.

You will keep the pipeline of work visible, organised and moving. You can bring your way of working into the team, as long as it is visible and not scraps of paper. Priorities should be clear. Next steps planned.

You will write or draft short-form copy where needed - announcements, invitations, captions, light PR support, practical internal communications. Good judgement matters. Tone matters. We can help you with this, but written English should not be a barrier.

You will support events and day-to-day marketing operations: booking people onto courses, coordinating logistics, ordering merchandise, liaising with suppliers, making sure the detail is covered.

This won’t be your majority of your time, but it is significant and very supportive of the company. This is a commercial firm. The role exists to support the people who generate work, build relationships and serve clients
