Marketing Assistant, Rugby
Salary £24,454 per annum – OTE £26,000 (Uncapped Commission)
Main Purpose of Job
Supporting the marketing strategy, by providing marketing support services in respect of the Company’s prospects and customers.
Working in a small team within Marketing, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Main Activities
*
Assist in building and maintaining a prospecting database and a customer database
*
Maintain records relating to prospects and customers.
*
Maintain and foster good relations with prospects and customers through multi-marketing channels including but not exclusively via telephone, social media, email, e-shot and mail.
*
Gain valuable market intelligence to support the Direct Marketing Unit team.
*
Support Managers and Sales Executives in administrative duties as part of the Company’s
*
marketing strategy.
*
Provide information and feedback on marketing activities
*
Organise, contribute towards the generation of and send social media posts, communications and e-shots.
*
Carry out effective market research.
*
Responsible for generating leads amongst prospects for Sales Executives aligned to Key
*
Performance Indicators.
*
To support the Sales Executives in building long-term relationships and trust amongst all of the company’s customers.
Main Outcomes
*
To ensure the Company Prospect and Customer database is accurate and up to date.
*
Maintain and improve good customer relations.
*
Produce accurate and timely reports on marketing activities.
*
Complete accurate and timely marketing to a schedule of activities.
Skills Required:
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
Background within Networking/Social Media, Marketing
*
Good MS Office skills
*
Consideration given to enthusiastic graduates seeking a role within Sales & Marketing
