We are working with our client who is an established international manufacturer seeking a Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator to join the team.

This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the marketing department, assists with content creation, event coordination, digital marketing, and reporting, and helps align all marketing activities with the organisation’s brand and strategic goals. You will also play a key role in supporting both the company’s marketing initiatives and customer engagement efforts

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

* Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials (email newsletters, brochures, digital ads, social media content, etc.).

* Maintain and update the company website and social media channels to ensure accurate and engaging content.

* Support digital marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics tracking.

* Conduct market and customer research to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth.

* Help organise events, trade shows etc.

* Track and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

Customer Service:

* Pro-actively respond to customer queries e.g., order status, order amendments, thereby ensuring a high level of customer service.

* Monitor customer accounts and/or order status on a regular basis, resolving problems with potential customer impact e.g., credit blocks, and delivery issues.

* Control the delivery process, preparing associated documentation for goods despatch, booking transportation and agreed lead times.

* Prioritise and process customer orders.

Requirements:

* Experience in marketing, and customer service, or administration

* Marketing Qualification preferred

* Proficiency with marketing software

* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer focused mindset.

* Excellent team player, but with the ability to work on own initiative.

* Language skills an advantage (French/Spanish)
