The Role
You will be joining a small, energetic team where a hands-on approach is essential. From day one, you will play a key role in supporting sales growth and enhancing market presence. Reporting to the Sales & Technical Support Manager, you will:
· Manage a portfolio of existing, lapsed, and prospective customers
· Proactively identify new business opportunities and gather valuable market insight
· Act as a key link between customers and the wider sales team
· Ensure the full product range is presented to the right customers at the right time
· Support the development and expansion of market presence through marketing and telesales activity
· Promote brands to trade and commercial partners
· Help shape and enhance the company's brand image
· Develop innovative marketing content across digital platforms, including social media
· Contribute to the development of new projects and the enhancement of existing services
