Management Accountant
Essex/Hybrid
We’re working with a growing and commercially focused business looking to appoint a Management Accountant to support the finance team
This is a broad, hands-on role with real exposure to the operational side of the business.
Key responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Variance analysis
Budgeting and forecasting support
Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes
Supporting process improvements and systems development
Production of Statutory Accounts at year endAbout you:
Part-qualified / fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
Strong Excel skills and confident working with data
Commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
