What will the Management Accountant role involve?

Supporting senior management and the wider leadership team with accurate management accounting and financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making
Ensuring timely and precise revenue reporting, managing accruals, prepayments, and maintaining a clean balance sheet through regular reconciliations
Overseeing inventory management including raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress, ensuring records are accurate
Preparing comprehensive monthly management accounts packs and assisting with projects such as profitability analysis and VAT compliance
Managing payroll, pension schemes, and supporting the annual audit process
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant with relevant industry experience, ideally within manufacturing or project accounting
Demonstrates high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Sage 200 or similar ERP systems
Attentive to detail, organised, and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and accuracy
