We are partnering with an established organisation seeking to strengthen its finance team with a proactive and technically strong Management Accountant. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles, and contributing to continuous improvement across the finance function.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Producing accurate monthly management accounts and reconciliations
✔ Supporting budgeting and forecasting
✔ Providing clear financial insights to the senior management team
✔ Acting as a finance business partner across the organisation
✔ Analysing performance and productivity
✔ Maintaining strong financial controls and assisting with audits
✔ Preparing reports, presentations, and financial packs
✔ Improving financial processes and systems

What We’re Looking For

💡 Experience in management accounting
💡 Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
💡 Confident working with non-finance managers and explaining financial information
💡 Excellent Excel and IT system skills
💡 Highly organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
💡 A positive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset

Desirable:
• Experience implementing systems or improving financial processes
• Knowledge of procurement or stock-related activities
• Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent experience)
