Management Accountant – Finance Business Partner

Are you a finance professional with a passion for manufacturing? Our client is recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a fast-paced production environment and play a key role in driving operational performance through accurate reporting and insightful analysis.
About the Role
As a Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver timely and accurate financial information. You’ll be responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports, supporting month-end processes, and providing costing and variance analysis to help shape strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Produce daily and weekly operational reports, including labour and material variances
Assist with monthly accounts, journals, accruals, and prepayments
Support product costing for new developments
Manage stock analysis, reconciliations, and fixed asset reporting
Prepare overhead budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with department headsWhat We’re Looking For
Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or Qualified by experience
Experience in finance within a manufacturing environment
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlinesWhy Apply?
