Management Accountant
Location: Cowley - Fully officed based
We're recruiting a Management Accountant to support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for a busy, multi-service organisation. You'll work closely with managers, provide clear financial advice, and help improve reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support managers with budget monitoring, forecasting and financial queries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget setting
- Maintain and improve financial systems and reports
- Contribute to year-end accounts and ensure financial compliance
About You:
- AAT qualified or 3+ years' relevant finance experience
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Confident communicator, able to explain financial data clearly
- Proactive, organised and a team player
