As they continue to grow, we're excited to introduce an opportunity for a talented Management Accountant to join a high performing Finance team.

As Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting strategic decision making across the business. This is a hands-on position offering real ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to shape processes within a growing organisation.

You will be working in a collaborative and supportive environment; gain exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic planning and be able to influence and improve finance processes in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and insightful commentary
Preparation of month-end working papers (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, leases and balance sheet reconciliations)
Posting journals and ensuring integrity of financial data
Managing supplier relationships, invoice processing, and weekly payment runs
Supporting Finance Group reporting packs (Flash reporting, full P&L, cashflow, balance sheet)
Supporting quarterly forecasting, annual budgets, and business planning
Assisting with preparation of monthly business packs
Providing external audit support and responding to audit queries
Supporting strategy and annual reporting
Developing standard procedures and driving continuous process improvements
Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests

The successful individual will be a confident, detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys taking ownership and driving improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
Strong management accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP minimum)
Strong analytical and numerical ability
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time management skillsDesirable

Experience within a professional consulting or professional services environment
Previous experience in a finance function within professional services
