CMA Recruitment Group is exclusively partnering with a well-established, privately backed property and infrastructure services organisation to recruit a permanent Management Accountant for its Southampton office.
The business operates at scale across the UK and is experiencing sustained growth, with further expansion planned over the coming years.
What will the Management Accountant role involve?
Producing timely monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis and performance commentary
Delivering meaningful commercial MI around revenue, margins, costs and working capital
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews across multiple operational areas
Assisting with group reporting, balance sheet control and year-end statutory processes
Providing ad-hoc financial analysis, modelling and support for projects and change initiatives
Who are we looking for in the role of Management Accountant?
Qualified or part-qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
Strong background in management accounts and financial analysis
Confident Excel user, comfortable with pivots, lookups and model-ready data
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders in an operational or commercial environment
