Our client is a leading construction materials group in the UK.
Due to expansion, they are looking for a Maintenance Electrician / Engineer to work out of their sites across Northwest Wales as part of their Operations Team.
As a Maintenance Electrician/ Engineer with our client, you’ll work alongside our maintenance and operations teams.
You’ll enjoy problem-solving and working to identify the root cause of electrical defects and breakdowns, offering solutions to problematic equipment.
You'll aim to resolve problems in a time-efficient and safe manner.
You’ll help the wider maintenance team identify and support preventative maintenance activities across all our aggregate and civils sites in North West Wales.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing a preventative maintenance system and carrying out planned maintenance activities to ensure our plants operate safely and reliably.
You will also play a key 'hands-on' role in the planning and implementing plant improvements.
You will need to be able to find faults quickly, respond to unplanned plant shutdowns, and work closely with other team members and contractors as required.
***** Travel between sites will be required. ****** - so driving licence is a must
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A qualification or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
* Knowledge and experience of a heavy industrial environment
* PLC and VSD Experience (desirable)
* Good working knowledge of electrical LV isolation
