Salary: £32,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 in Year 1)

What You'll Be Doing
During your first 6-9 months you will:
Source and interview high-quality teachers and support staff
Write professional CV profiles and create tailored marketing for candidates
Support experienced consultants to increase placements
Work to weekly KPIs and performance goals
As you advance into sales, you will:
Build and manage your own portfolio of school clients
Develop new business through calls, visits and relationship-building
Negotiate fees, contracts and placement terms
Maintain exceptional safeguarding and customer service standards
Earn uncapped commission based on your performance
What We Offer
£32,000 starting salary
Realistic OTE £35,000-£42,000 in year one

What We're Looking For
Graduates OR individuals with relevant experience in sales, recruitment, hospitality or education
