Overview

We are recruiting a Logistics Manager for a major M&E construction project in Norway. This role is ideal for someone already based in Norway or willing to travel for long-term project work.
You will manage all site logistics, materials, deliveries and general coordination on a live construction site.
This is NOT warehouse logistics — construction/M&E experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site-based logistics for a large MEP project.

*

Oversee material and plant movements around site.

*

Coordinate daily deliveries, gate control and vehicle movements.

*

Set up and manage laydown areas, storage, waste segregation and site cleanliness.

*

Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and engineering teams.

*

Maintain accurate material tracking logs.

*

Coordinate with procurement on delivery schedules and shortages.

*

Ensure compliance with site safety rules and permit requirements.

Requirements

*

Experience as a Logistics Manager / Logistics Coordinator on construction or MEP projects.

*

Strong understanding of site logistics, deliveries and material flow.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

*

Valid forklift licence – (Counterbalance / Telehandler / Reach Truck — add exact ticket here).

*

Additional plant tickets welcome (MEWP 3a/3b, Telehandler, Slinger/Signaller).

*

Must be willing to travel to Norway for project work OR already be based in Norway.

*

Ability to obtain a Norway work permit (or EU passport).

Desirable

*

Experience on large international construction projects.

*

Data centre / heavy MEP background.
