Job title: After School Club Activity Leader
*You must hold an Early Years Level 3 Qualification for this role*
Location: Lent Rise School, Burnham, SL1 7NP
Hours: 15 hours per week,
After School: 3-6pm Monday-Friday, term time
(with the option of working 40 hrs per week overtime during School Holidays)
Pay: Up to £14 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Experience within wraparound care services is desired, however not essential as on-the-job training can be provided, however an Early years Level 3 qualification is essential.

Key roles of the Level 3 Early Years Activity Leader:
* Deliver high-quality activities at our after school clubs.
* Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with parents, schools and colleagues.
* Promote and deliver excellence by following all company and Ofsted standards and expectations for children from Nursery to Key Stage 2.
* Creating safe and engaging environments for all children across the wraparound settings in schools.
* Encouraging children from Nursery age to Key Stage 2, to explore their interests and create new opportunities through enriching activities.
* Empowering children to boost confidence, social and fundamental skills whilst making a difference in child development.
