Holiday- 42 days plus bank holidays pro rata for part time

About the Role

We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer Health and Social Care with excellent organisational and programme management skills.

In this role, you will:

* Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons

* Support and motivate students to achieve their best

* Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation

* Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

* If you’re passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to the success of both students and educational programmes, this is the perfect opportunity to shine.

About You

You will bring:

✔ Teacher training qualification such as a PGCE or DTLLS, or willingness to complete in a specified timeframe

✔ GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above

✔ Demonstrable experience within Childcare / Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment

✔ Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19 along with those with additional needs

✔ A real passion for creating positive learning experiences
