Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to join Wakefield Council on an initial 1-month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities

Provide practical and emotional support to young people aged 16–25 who are leaving care
*
Build positive relationships with young people, ensuring they receive the support and guidance they need
*
You will be responsible for developing and reviewing Pathway Plans, advocating on behalf of young people, and working closely with partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes.
Essential Requirements
*
Experience working as a leaving care personal advisor
*
Enhanced DBS
*
Full UK driving licence
