Key responsibilties:
* Engaging potential clients through outbound calls and meaningful conversations
* Introducing innovative products and services to new prospects
* Identifying key decision-makers and building strong first impressions
* Understanding client needs to generate high-quality, sales-ready leads
* Working from a live industry database to uncover new opportunities
* Keeping accurate, up-to-date records using the CRM system
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* A natural communicator who can quickly build rapport and trust
* Strong customer focus with excellent listening and questioning skills
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed
* Confident using computer systems and CRM tools
