Law Graduate Paralegal – Children & Families Public Law
Location: West Midlands & Warwickshire

ACS Staffing Solutions is supporting a well-established legal team with the appointment of a Law Graduate Paralegal to join their Children & Families Public Law team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate with a genuine interest in care work who is looking to develop their legal career within a supportive and specialist environment.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced fee earners, supporting a range of care and public law matters, while gaining valuable hands-on experience and client exposure.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting fee earners with care proceedings and public law matters
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and case files
Assisting with case preparation and legal research
Working directly with clients and providing professional support throughout their matters
Liaising with courts, counsel and other professionals where required
Providing general paralegal and administrative support to the wider teamAbout You
Law degree or relevant legal qualification
Genuine interest in Children & Families Public Law and care work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Confident and professional when dealing directly with clients
Compassionate and understanding, with an interest in supporting vulnerable children and families
Previous legal experience is desirable, but law graduates with the right attitude and genuine interest will be consideredThis is a fantastic opportunity for a law graduate looking to build a long-term career in Children & Families Public Law, gaining valuable experience supporting fee earners and working directly with clients.
