The Ideal KS1 Early Career Teacher (ECT):
Is completing or has recently completed a PGCE or teacher training qualification
Has a passion for teaching and learning in Key Stage 1 (KS1)
Is committed to creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Has high expectations for all pupils
Works well as part of a team and is eager to learn and develop professionally
