Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing tech company, is seeking a Junior Software Tester to join their quality assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, curious, and eager to start a career in software testing and quality assurance.

As a Junior Software Tester, you will help ensure that software products meet functional, performance, and usability standards before release. You’ll work closely with developers, testers, and project managers, gaining hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.

* Log, document, and track defects, glitches, and inconsistencies accurately.

* Collaborate with developers and QA team members to reproduce and resolve issues.

* Support automated testing initiatives with guidance and training.

* Contribute suggestions to improve software quality, user experience, and testing processes.

* Ensure adherence to testing standards and maintain high levels of data and system integrity.

Requirements:

* Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving.

* Basic understanding of software systems, web or mobile applications; prior exposure is desirable but not essential.

* Good written and verbal communication skills to document and explain findings clearly.

* Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

* No formal degree required — focus is on passion, curiosity, and drive.
