The role
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
Support onboarding for new clients and users
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
Communicate updates to customers through email, phone and live chat.
Assist internal teams with general ad hoc administration
Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.The candidate
