Junior Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
A growing Design & Build contractor operating across London is looking to appoint a Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join its expanding team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within pre-construction, working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects.
The Role
You will support the pre-construction team in preparing Design & Build and refurbishment projects for delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting tender preparation and documentation
Assisting with design coordination and consultant communication
Reviewing drawings and technical information
Supporting programme development and construction planning
Assisting with procurement and supply chain coordination Candidate Requirements
Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination or pre-construction
Background working for a contractor or consultancy
Strong organisational and communication skills
Desire to build a long-term career within pre-construction Opportunity
