We're now hiring a Junior Events Coordinator to join the team behind the scenes. You'll support our events management team in planning and running events, while helping coordinate the hospitality teams on the ground: our bar staff, waiting staff, concierge, and VIP service teams.

The Role
This is a hands-on junior position, ideal for someone currently studying or recently graduated in events management. You'll get genuine responsibility from day one, working alongside experienced event professionals on some of the UK's biggest occasions.

• Are organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

Typical responsibilities include:
• 📋 Assisting the management team with event planning and on-site delivery
• 👥 Briefing, supporting, and coordinating hospitality teams during events
• 🗓️ Helping manage schedules, shifts, and team logistics
• 📞 Liaising with venues, clients, and suppliers
• ✅ Making sure each event runs smoothly from setup to pack-down
• 📝 Supporting post-event reporting and debriefs
