Junior Construction Manager - Dublin

We are seeking an ambitious junior construction manager for a new build, main contractor Dublin. The ideal candidate for this position will provide site & project management for planning, and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects. As part of this role, the manager will alleviate the pressures of the site management team and have to oversee the works of their subcontractors and labour division acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project.

Responsibilities

* Oversee construction projects from inception to completion

* Preside over health & safety aspects

* Weekly client meetings and reporting

* Ordering materials

* Work well with local authority bodies

* Look after BCAR and other paper work

* Cross functional coordination for logistics with vendors

* Ensure quality and compliance with regulatory bodies

* Reporting and tracking status reports

Qualifications

* Construction related Bachelor's degree or trades background

* Time management

* Strong IT proficiency

* Good communication & Inetrpersonal skills

* Strong performance under pressure

* Decision making abilities

* Strong communication abilities

* Leadership experience
