International Sales Manager – Residential Development
Chinese & Asian Markets

U&P Recruitment is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to drive residential property sales with a personal focus on the Chinese and Hong Kong high-net-worth markets. You will lead the team responsible for selling a premium portfolio of luxury apartments and high-specification residential developments in prime London locations. This role is ideal for a results-focused sales professional with strong connections and cultural understanding of these key investor regions along with a desire to develop and lead a team of high performing sales staff.
Key Responsibilities

Delivering sales of luxury London residential properties to HNWIs and investors from China, Hong Kong and wider APAC region.

Build and manage relationships with international clients, introducers, and investment partners.
*
Deliver professional property presentations, site tours, and investment overviews.
*
Represent the client at international exhibitions, and client events.
*
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
*
Provide expert knowledge and insight of London’s investor property market and individual developments.
*
Lead and develop the international sales team to achieve targets and career development milestones.
Requirements
*
Proven experience in international property sales across the London area.
*
Strong knowledge of the Chinese and Hong Kong investor markets.
*
Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
*
Confident communicator, able to engage with and influence high-net-worth clients with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*
Target-driven and an ability to lead and motivate a tema to achieve results.
*
Ability to manage a diverse international client base and travel internationally as required.
