We’re looking for an ambitious International Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver a global brand agenda across multiple international markets, with the USA as the priority growth market.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning big brand ideas into powerful local executions. You’ll play a key role in driving brand equity, accelerating growth, and expanding the brand’s international footprint.

What you’ll be doing …

Driving International Brand Growth

* Define and deliver the international shopper marketing vision and brand strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating growth in the USA

* Execute the International Brand Plan and develop a forward-looking FY28 plan

* Act as a Global Brand Guardian, ensuring all international communications, packaging, activations and launches align with global brand guidelines

* Represent international market needs to ensure global content is locally relevant and effective

Market Expansion & Rollouts

* Lead new market rollout strategies based on commercial opportunity and ability to win

* Expand the international footprint through scalable brand tools and global portfolio management

* Partner with central and local teams to deliver launch and rollout toolkits tailored to key markets

Innovation & Portfolio Leadership

* Identify consumer and market needs and translate these into a strong innovation pipeline

* Partner with Innovation teams to ensure local insights are reflected in NPD plans

* Support global portfolio prioritisation across international markets

USA Market Leadership

* Define and deliver a 3-year innovation pipeline for the US market

* Lead execution of new product launches and work with local influencer, social and shopper agencies

* Act as a core member of the US leadership team, contributing to strategic and commercial decisions

Collaboration & People Leadership

* Work cross-functionally in a matrixed, high-growth international environment

* Play an active role in high-profile regional project teams

* Line manage and develop one direct report

What we’re looking for …

* 2+ years’ experience in international or global brand marketing

* Proven experience delivering impactful brand campaigns and local market activations, including on limited budgets

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect brand building to business growth

* Experience launching brands or products internationally

* Consumer-centric mindset with a strong global perspective

* Strategic thinker with the ability to define where to play and how to win

* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and delivering results at pace

* Collaborative team player with experience working across functions

* Line management experience preferred
