We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and commercially minded International Field Sales Manager to focus on projects across the UK and internationally, with a strong emphasis on the Central London market.

Our client, an industry-leading and highly respected company, is expanding and seeking an additional International Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth and expand market share in Central London and international accounts.

* Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key tier 1 architects, designers, dealers, and furniture manufacturers.

* Identify new market opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

* Represent the brand professionally and collaborate with the UK and global sales teams to strengthen presence.

* Plan and deliver showroom presentations, training, and client/customer events.

* Provide expert product guidance to deliver value-driven solutions.

* Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategy.

* Manage accounts, projects, and CRM activity to track progress and performance.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven success in field sales, preferably in soft furnishings, fabrics, furniture, or related industries operating in the workplace sector.

* Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset and goal-oriented approach.

* Persistent, proactive, independent, and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of initiatives.

* Excellent communicator and relationship builder at all levels; confident presenting in-person and via social media.

* Passion for high-end design, quality, and sustainability.
