The Role
In this role, you will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Internal Sales Executives, ensuring sales strategy is effectively translated into day-to-day activity and commercial success. You will play a key role in coaching team members, managing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the achievement of ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing internal sales team
* Drive new business opportunities and support contract renewal activity
* Monitor performance against KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer experience
Candidate Profile
* A minimum of 3 years’ sales leadership experience, ideally within a B2B or B2C service sales environment
* A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
* A strong understanding of sales methodologies
* Excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and a proactive approach
* A results-focused mindset with the ability to lead by example and inspire others
